The pharmacist that works here is rude, condescendingly passive aggressive, and unprofessional. He kept us waiting for a scheduled Covid test even though he knew we were here. Would avoid at all costs.

Nasty customer service. Went in to reload a card, simple right? No. This lady made it impossible to the point I walked out. So stupid. There’s a hand few that are decent people and they work late night but the rest, just horrible. Will be calling corporate first thing in the am.

I went to pick up my script and they charged my card. When I opened my bag it was the wrong medication. I said this isn’t right. She said oh I’m sorry let me refund your card. I said great no worries, but when she came with the correct medication, i wasn’t able to pay for it? It takes 2 days for a refund depending on your bank. I was livid, she said I’m sorry come back when you have the money? They couldn’t credit me my meds. Omg I had to go with out my meds until my bank returned the money. Never ever will I use them again. Smh

Went in on Sunday the 24th of May at around 3:00 PM looking for a particular brand name/product, walked around for about 15 min and went to the front desk to ask for assistance, the lady didn't even bother to stand up and hear what I have to say, instead she was rude and rushing me to one of the Isles that I've searching at for the past 15 min and continued doing whatever she was doing. Very unhelpful and unaccommodating.

Terrible customer service. If you want passport photos taken do not go to CVS. I went to 3 separate locations, one was out of photo paper, the camera didn’t work at another and the third couldn’t get their computer software to work. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my Saturday. Get it together!!

RX prices almost CRIMINAL--Check GoodRX before filling a prescription at any CVS! We have been loyal CVS customers for almost 30 years, trusting they had the patiences health care needs at heart. This past week we had to fill multiple RX's for my husband who was just diagnosed with cancer. I told the pharmacy several times we didn't have RX insurance. They still ran all the RX's through our old insurance. It took ME 3 visits to get it straightened out, only to discover one of the RX was over $473. The pharmacist told me there were no coupons, this was the generic, and all cancer patients use that drugs. Basically just get ready to pay the price. My husband’s doctor looked on GOODRX and found the EXACT prescription at Harris Teeter for $27!!!!!! All of the other Rx's we paid for were actually cheaper at Harris Teeter. It appears that CVS is taking advantage of the sick. The price CVS was going to charge me is almost criminal. SHAME on CVS. Im so disappointed in CVS and will no longer be a blindly loyal customer. I will do all my research before I fill another RX there, and will be sharing this experience with everyone I know so they can be informed and proactive on their own behalf.

I've beennin here numerous times and the customer service was always great. The bathroom in the back is not always the cleanest but they this pharmacy will bend over backwards to help you.

Worst customer service in pharmacy section. Needed to ask pharmacist a question. No one else was in there picking anything up. They told me to wait in the consultation area and left me standing there for 30 minutes. No one ever came back over or acknowledged me again. Pharmacist was standing back there eating. Completely ridiculous. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good customer service and good prices on some things. They do need to keep the place a little neater though. CVS pharmacies always have a large selection of gift cards for almost everything, so if you are looking to get some gift cards then this is a good place to go.
