Excellent customer service, great product, store's are always clean and organized, very helpful employees. I asked one lady for what I was looking for, she stopped what she was doing and came to help me find the item I wanted.. ~G.S.M.

I stopped in to get a bra. They updated the style I get, plus they have new ones. The associate was very nice and helpful. I just wish the bras weren't so expensive. I went upstairs to check out the swimsuits too. Wow! $196? Too pricey for me, but really pretty suits. ~Jeanne

I had a great time at the Tulsa New Balance store. Kurtis was particularly helpful and I got exactly the shoes I wanted. When I mentioned that I liked wearing sandals, he got on line and showed me exactly the New Balance sandals I wanted and ordered them for me. I couldn't be happier with my experience. ~jane
