Peeked over and saw the store was filthy. Not a clean restaurant. Saw someone wipe a yellow rag on the counter, the floor, and then continued to wipe off a blizzard with the same rag. Id recommend just to go to the subway or mcdonalds less than 100ft away. ~lorna

I had the least painful experience buying my home here in Boise I lived in Oregon called Dale Conrad just to ask a few questions about a loan she was so very helpful and always made time for me when I was here in Boise for a few days, everyone in the bank would say hi when I was on my way in, I’ve been with Washington federal for years and will be there for many more. ~Margaret

Fast and friendly service! I have been here twice now for help with my computer. He went the extra mile to assist me and had very low prices. He was able to get me in immediately both times and had my computer running great in a few hours. There are plenty of fun items for sale also, so you may want to give yourself a minute to look around the store. I will definitely be coming here for all my computer repair needs. ~Amanda

Tim Buckner came to our rescue! We had the most amazing service from Tim and his tow truck, we can’t thank him enough for his time and help! Our tire blew out on the highway and we were putting our spare tire when Tim pulled in to check on us on his way home. Gave us some air for our spare, directions to the nearest tire shop and followed behind until we were safe at the repair shop in case we had any problems. I was not very impressed. They came out right away to help us, but then disappeared. There were three people working and only four vehicles at the pumps. Yet my boyfriend had to get out and hang up the pump because no one ever came back to check on it. ~Denise

My husband went into this branch, (mind you we've had a us bank account for 22 years), to withdraw money from our account. They asked him a million questions as to why he wanted his own money, made him verify himself via a phone code...while he's literally standing there in person. As he was leaving, he overheard the teller on the phone say "he's leaving now," what?! Nice being treated like a criminal at our own bank withdrawing our own money. Guess what us bank? It's my money and I'll do what I want with it. ~Sarah
