Staff is pretty rude, pulled up and made my order when I got to the window (only car at the resturant) along with being very short with a dumbfounded look on her face she said I can't switch items because we already started cooking fries. That's great and all but they were cold once I pulled away, either pure laziness or a lack of caring. To the owner of this franchise, Find someone who cares for your store! Remodeling will not help the horrible customer service.

Good ice cream 🍦 😋, just FYI the building looks shut down, it's all boarded up! It looks like a shack! It's under construction. The drive thru is open! Parking: Drive thru only, its not really clear on how to enter, just know it's an open business.

Peeked over and saw the store was filthy. Not a clean restaurant. Saw someone wipe a yellow rag on the counter, the floor, and then continued to wipe off a blizzard with the same rag. Id recommend just to go to the subway or mcdonalds less than 100ft away.

I asked them at drive threw if they had oreo cheese cake and they say they could make it but once I got it and ate it half way I realize they didn't put the cheesecake in the blizzard they just put oreo so very disappointed not ordering there again I should have went back and got a refund at least dairy queen where I live gets the orders right wish I still have the receipt

Fast service and the burgers are fabulous. Great smiles behind the counter and very accommodating. I love that they have cotton candy blizzards again !!

Very long waits and they won't let you inside. Food is pretty standard but their blizzards are generally on point! Update: I originally only went in for a Blizzard tonight because I've been so unimpressed with the food the past visits. I seen they had a new burger and thought I'd give them another try. Glad I did. The food was much better this time! The staff were very friendly.

After years of being a very satisfied customer at Dairy Queen's throughout the Northwest I will never again go to the one in La Grande, Oregon. The food substandard, the staff was substandard both at drive up and afterwards when I called to inform them. Supposedly the person I was talking to is the only one who knows how to place orders and by talking to me on the phone I was keeping her from doing so.

The wait in drive through took forever! Then when my hubby got home with my food, there were skimpy servings. He ordered extra gravy for me . Both Gravy containers were barely half full. That's barely even enough to dip one chicken strip in. I had a 4 pc. Basket. This is not the 1st time this has happened either. What a rip off! Sorely disappointed !

Gross!!!!! the whole restaurant was covered in a thick layer of filth. Every surface was sticky and foul. The employees had the demeanor of prison convicts being forced to work against their will. The Service was slow. Take my advice go to the McDonald’s 100 feet away!
