Best chicken restaurant in Salem, Oregon (OR) 2024

I hadn’t been to KFC for over a year due to consistently bad experiences. But we decided to give them another chance. We shouldn’t have. Besides being told it would take 7 minutes to make more Mac n Cheese, I actually waited for 20 minutes. This is what the chicken looked like when I got my food. This is supposed to be extra crispy chicken. The skin was so soggy, it literally just fell off the chicken and it tasted just like flour with no seasoning. It was disgusting!! Then they didn’t give us any butter or honey for the biscuits despite the fact we requested it. This was their last chance. We will NEVER be back!! The fact we spent $55 for this meal makes me so upset!! ~Jen
