Best self storage facility in White City, Oregon (OR) 2024

I was a long time mailbox customer and was truly sorry to see that side of the business close. But, I am still close friends with the manager and I love to stop in and visit. I also have a great story to share: About two years ago, I stopped in to check my mail in the middle of the night. I accidently locked myself out of the building with my keys still in my mailbox. I was stranded and totally freaked out! The owners drove all the way down from Grants Pass in the middle of the night to let me in and get my keys. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I will never forget it! I think the owners and manager are absolutely top notch!! ~J.R.
