Best fitness center in Yoncalla, Oregon (OR) 2024

I love going here. I first went after experiencing screaming pain every time I got up in the morning or anytime I laid down. If I slightly bent over to reach something in front of me I whimpered when standing back up. After walking around for couple hours I could move naturally as long as I didn’t reach or lie down. X-rays were taken and a plan made, then I started going for electro therapy Then he worked to loosen the muscles so I had less pain. I went often to begin with but soon got down to once a week. Thankfully I don’t scream anymore when getting up and it didn’t take very long to be able to stand without pain. I don’t like the idea of someone popping my back and they do a super job of making me feel better without any popping. When my hip is bothering me the dr massages the muscles and helps with that pain. The people are very friendly and service is great. ~Karen
