Best bank in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Very bad service. This bank helps promote money Laundering, and encourages it. With this bank for over 20 years and its a shame they do this, It is so hard to make a deposit, they only have 2 employees working, and this is one of the busiest banks in the area. It cost me money to close my store and drive to the bank because of policies that encourage people to money launder. Such a shame, 7 bank accounts, multiple credit cards and loans, and IRA. Very unfortunate for the people in the area that deserve a good bank. Addition. Its been 4 days since AJ told me to reach, and i had sent an email within minutes. 4 Days later and no response, Unfortunately, this dont not make you look good to other people just because you can show everyone that you are pretending to care by responding back fast 1 time. ~Mark

They treat you great and they are good people and friendly tta them they answer any questions you ask so for now on I'm going to this bank ~Mary

30 mins waiting in the drive up. Only two cars when I drove up. This branch is horrible . Always out of temp cards . The service is un professional , a bunch of workers just focused on talking. Everyone hates their job at this branch and they don’t hide it ~Brittany
