Best mailing service in Bensalem, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I'd give it 0 stars if it were an option. No one here seems to work in any department ( except one person). I've been here twice now for FedEx drop off and both times no one was present for the department. There was someone behind the counter however they stated they didn't work for the drop off department, I understand that and that's fine however how about greeting the customer? The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I was there until the cashier was finished with her customers (3 people) and asked was I being helped. The lady at the photo section could have at least called for help rather than deflecting and telling me she doesn't work for that department, as true as that may be you are literally looking at me not saying a word, that's pretty rude. I would like to tank the cashier as she seems to be the only one doing her job and everyone else's. ~Stephen
