Called to order a part they listed in stock, had a discussion with Jim about warranty needed and price, Hung up with an agreement if the warranty could be met after the boss would agree, that it would be delivered Today. Well no part called and asked for an update and told sorry it was inventoried wrong and boss said no on the warranty sorry. Thanks for nothing but putting a customer even farther out on rental since no call back since TUESDAY! WIll never buy again! Worst EVER! ~Joseph
