Unfortunately this establishment has become run down, employees ignore customers while playing on their phones, every trash can is over flowing (for days), most of the gas pumps are out of service. Kid was changing the trash then started preparing food without washing his hands.. simple fixes better management needed Update: much better ~Z

We first met Guy and Zach at the Hershey PA Camper show and that’s when we knew we were going to buy an RV from this dealership. They took their time to explain everything about the camper we were interested in and answered all 5000 of our questions happily. Guy was in constant communication with us about everything from the first time we met until we went to pick up the camper. We drove over 3 hours to purchase a camper from Rhone RV and would do it all over again. They let us spend the night on their lot that has a full hookup site so we could test everything out which was great. Jim walked us through everything on the camper, answered all of our questions and showed us how to hook up and tow it. Amanda was wonderful at explaining all of the paperwork, financing and additional options for the camper. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy an RV.
