We first met Guy and Zach at the Hershey PA Camper show and that’s when we knew we were going to buy an RV from this dealership. They took their time to explain everything about the camper we were interested in and answered all 5000 of our questions happily. Guy was in constant communication with us about everything from the first time we met until we went to pick up the camper. We drove over 3 hours to purchase a camper from Rhone RV and would do it all over again. They let us spend the night on their lot that has a full hookup site so we could test everything out which was great. Jim walked us through everything on the camper, answered all of our questions and showed us how to hook up and tow it. Amanda was wonderful at explaining all of the paperwork, financing and additional options for the camper. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy an RV. We had a great experience from start to finish.

Sales person was very nice. Quality of our new camper was not very good. Heater didn’t work, refrigerator only worked on propane. Took the camper back and they kept it for 3 months. Picked up the camper and the heat still didn’t work. Service person was rude and treated us poorly. She told us we are bringing it back for minimal reasons. Wow!

We just purchased our 2nd camper from Rhones and what another great experience. We went on Saturday at 9am to pick up our new camper and the lean holder was not on our proof of Insurance, I was very disappointed because this meant that we could not take our camper home. Guy went above and beyond and make calls. He got ahold of our insurance company (main office) and got the lean holder on the insurance!!!!!! We got to take our camper HOME!!! It was all around great experience. I highly highly recommend.

I cannot speak more highly of the buying experience at Rhône’s RV. We have purchased three different travel trailers from Rhône’s, all with the same salesperson Guy Snyder. Guy has made our purchasing process, easy, and affordable. He has an honest no pressure approach and has always been very good and prompt at answering questions, or finding out any additional information we need. I would not buy from any other dealership and more importantly salesman. Complimenting the buying process has been really good follow service from Ashley and their entire service staff. Our experience with Rhône’s RV was more than we have EVER had with any of our purchases anywhere. This includes automobiles, business vehicles (class eight trucks), down to our home. We contribute that to starting at the top management down. Tyler always had time to say hello and talk without passing us by. Guy was great with the sales deal and his response time was awesome. Our walk through with Zak was something we have never received. He was very knowledgeable and always had time to answer our questions. Their parts counter followed in the footsteps of everyone else as well as Amanda with the finalization and warranty and options. This dealer is one that can be very proud of everyone there….
