This place is now closed as an RV dealership/RV repair facility. They have transition to a fleet repair facility. This is as of 8-1-22.

Their website is horrible, why bother having one. Customer service is very poor. They won't update advertisements after a RV is sold several months ago. You call, get transferred around for 15 minutes just to be told that RV sold couple months ago

They have a policy of having to have an offer accepted to be able to test drive a vehicle. This is exactly the opposite of my policy of never negotiating until I test drive a vehicle. I also felt like I was bothering the sales ladies by expressing interest in a vehicle.

Visited to view a listed coach from their internet postings. Amazing and nice staff were present to help with information and make sure the coach was as nicely prepared to view as they could. Will most likely see them again as we were very happy with the team.

I can't speak to their service or parts, but we were looking for a travel trailer. They had a very limited selection of used trailers. If you're shipping for an RV, this place is probably only worth a visit if you've scouted a specific model in stock already.

Do not go here for service at all! Terrible customer service in this service center!!! Good luck getting the service manager or guy who schedules appointments to answer the phone or call you back. I have called several times about getting my rv fixed and they don't call back, they don't get it into the shop on the rare occasion when they say they will, and I am just left here waiting all the time. Absolutely terrible! I've never seen a service center NOT want to schedule appointments, get customers in, and make money!!!!
