The car is cleaner than it was I don’t understand how you can have 6 people working on a car and still miss spots. So I get home and just do a touch up. Thanks for cleaning my car. The wait was less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t too many people there.

Been coming here for years and it's always been good. Sam's next door so I can get lunch while waiting. Today, I went in and my tough screen is working fine. When I left it's completely unresponsive. It has a film on it like it had cleaner put on it. I know someone went over it because the fingerprints were all gone. When I confronted the guy he immediately became aggressively defensive saying that they never even touch the touch screens. I understand accidents happen, but to react that way with no accountability is completely unacceptable.

I USED to love this place cause they used to do such a good job and I would drive 30 minutes just to get my car washed here. I will never come back after today's experience, my wife and I brought both of our car today for their wash and wax special which clearly states includes vacuuming. First off they increased their Wednesday special price by quite a bit (used to be $35 just few months ago) now $50+ depending on the size of your vehicle. I haven't had time to get my car washed for months and that is my fault but the workers could had told the manager/boss that my vehicle requires extra work and cost extra before starting the cleaning. They wash and wax my car but it still came out dirty and said it's because I haven't washed my car for months that I need detail cleaning which will be another $200 on top of the $50 which I already paid. If I knew that before they finish with my car I would had brought it elsewhere. $250 for detail cleaning when they cant even do a simple vacuum seems like a ripoff to me. I declined since I had a doctor appointment that was cutting real close so I had to leave and I clearly ask the manager if my car was vacuumed because they missed it in the beginning. He told me yes so I got in my car and drove off. When I finally had time to look I see that they did not vacuumed anything, my interior is still dirty. Total paid for 2 vehicle is $115 and I regret every dollar spent.

I normally don’t do reviews I just never bring my money back but yesterday I took my Mercedes there one time and I will never do it again. Washed and dried my car in 5 mins flat. Didn’t take the time to get the streaks out the window and chipped my pain a little bit. The service was not good when we started pointing out missed spots, streaks, and how they were making the chipped paint worse. I take my other vehicles through a 15 dollar drive through and that does better. The Mercedes is the only vehicle that gets hand washed but never by them again.

Had my car detailed and was a little nervous but they did an absolute amazing job!! Wish I could have hugged them. I was so impressed and didn't think my car could look that good. Highly recommend this location. They do amazing job. Thank you 😊

I brought a car to wash it at "Splash Hand Car Wash" by the address" 726 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77057" A service and a quality is poor here. Take a look at pictures how they wash car. When I called a manager that I am not satisfied with a quality he was rude and said I need to pay extra $5 to clean each mat. I paid $20 for a cleaning and expect al least clean up mud and dirty spots Not sure that I come over here again or would recommend it place to my friends

I have been getting my car washed at this location for quite a while and for the most part, they’ve done a pretty good job. But the last three times I’ve been, the work has been sloppy. I understand they are busy, but I feel like they may be just rushing through the wash to get people in and out. Today, I waited approximately 1hr and 30mins for my car for the ‘Executive Wash’. I’m not complaining about the time it took. I don’t mind waiting, if my car comes out nice. After tip, I paid $45. I have a 2020 vehicle that I keep fairly clean..so they honestly don’t have to do much. After driving away and looking around..this ain’t it. I don’t expect it to be SPOTLESS, but come on. The center console wasn’t properly wiped down (cleaned), my back seat area didn’t appear to be cleaned at all and especially was not vacuumed well, my side mirrors had dirt and spots on them, my side step rails were covered in muddy foot prints (I’m guessing from them drying the roof), etc. I went home and re-cleaned it myself. I shouldn’t have to do that literally right after spending $45. I’m not rich, so that is a lot of money for me to treat myself. So three times of wasting money is definitely my limit, and that was my last visit. Time to take my business and hard earned money to a different car wash.

They damaged my car and they blamed me that I did it. They were very rude. Also they said they have a camera and I requested that they view the camera. The guy at the cashier said” You are going to wait until I attend to all my clients before you see the cameras” Basically, I’d have to wait till the day is over before he would attend to me and he said there is nothing I can do about it. I am very hurt because I have been coming here so many times but they still continue to treat their customers very unprofessional. I have witnessed them treat people badly since I have been coming here but I never thought they’ll treat me this bad. They basically blamed me for it. Smh

I came here today because I was hoping to find a hand wash closer to home than my usual spot. I paid for the executive wash. Honestly the homeless guys with a squeegee and a dirty bucket of water on the corner could have done a better job. I'm pretty sure this is my first negative review I've done but this place is garbage. $30 plus tip and this is the service you get.....never again.
