Awesome selection of items, bought a toy for my niece- and so she wouldn't lose it I asked for a bag which I was told "get outta here" by one of the employees after providing my receipt AND showing the physical toy. Horrible customer service from Joe, ended up getting a refund because Joe assumed I never bought anything even after showing my receipt. Customer service from here sucked so they don't deserve my business, I'm fine with it.

Great place to shop for Funko Pops. Big selection at about 11.99 for regular size. Also some special editions, Hello Leia 😎. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ask them to check availability of your sought after Funko Pop, otherwise you spend all day digging around the big of Funko Pops.

Very cute otaku store, with a varied amount of items for every one who likes anime, imported snacks, toys, or pop culture items. If they do not have items in the store, they do have more available online.

Never had a problem at this store until tonight. Looking around for some possible Christmas presents. There was an employee kind of following me around. No problem here, I had a big jacket and obviously was not stealing anything. It was kind of weird that he didn't say hello or anything. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for so I decided to another store. At the other store I walk around for a bit and find something. I am about to pick it up when a security guard tells me I have to leave the mall because of something I did at the other store (FYE). I guess changing your mind is now an offense. I assume they called security because they thought I stole something and when they realized I didn't they were too embarrassed to let me go. No wonder malls are going down, they harass customers and show no customer service

This FYE is awesome! I did not know that there was an FYE at the Tucson mall! They have a great selection of movies and memorabilia for fans of horror, Funko, anime, Star Wars and, basically, anything in the geek fandom. And they have awesome FYE exclusive Funko Pop!s and movies!
