I ordered for my daughter’s Prom corsage and boutonnière. I could pick it up on time and customer service was very kindest. During the Prom, many her friends corsage’s flowers were dropped off but my daughter’s one stayed in shape. Only white roses turned a little brown. She had really good time her first Prom with beautiful corsage.

You asked "How did we do?" You didn't do well. On my anniversary you delivered the flowers late, after I called you and reminded you. The flowers are not even in length and overpriced. I use you on a regular basis but this didn't meet my standards.

Unfortunately my recipient never received the flowers. The service of this company is terrible. I clearly stated that this was being delivered to a business-most people get off of work at 5, flowered were delivered well after 5. I even called to get clarification about my order and the lady couldn't give me any information-let alone barely speak English. If you are looking for quality service and reliability, avoid this company.
