The store had exactly what I wanted the people that work there are wonderful but there are people that steal or try to and make their job really hard I didn't see any security in the parking lot today I saw some of the other day and they got rid of a lot of riff Raff that come by and ask you for money!! God bless those people that work at the Dollar tree for their hard work and their ethics I really appreciate them!

They always have such a great selection and courteous employees. Since they've added their $5 items, it seems like they have better merchandise, which is cool 😎. However, since they changed to "A Dollar and a Quarter Tree", some of the companies have made their products smaller in size. So you're paying 25% more for even less product. Super lame.

Eh, it's a decent store. I can't say I was impressed though. Lots of items were out of stock, and there were random items on shelves, unorganized.

I am a secret shopper and therefore have to post reviews under a different account. Timothy as he sais his name was(no name tag). Is a very disloyal bd unprofessional employee. I had brought him a product marked as $5 however the items all like it were set on a shelf on sale for $3. Timothy instantly shown disinterest. I had taken a picture and shown him the placement of the item and his eyes glazed over in irritation and he dismissed my picture and said "If it is marked $5 it is $5. I had asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he was the manager and that the hiring manager was out for a few weeks. I checked out and he proceeded to tell the next costumer that I was "mad" that I couldn't get the product I wanted for a cheaper price( the customer did not ask). Just a very judgemental and dismissive guy all around. Super unprofessional. I am an African American person and he was super nice to the non African American people before and behind me but as soon as I walked up to him his attitude instantly changed. So I feel his response was racially charged. I do not appear as a possible secret shopper which is the point of my job. So I was treated extremely rude and dismissed on anything of value I had to say. Very disappointed in my experience at this store. Will be contacting corporate and filing an extra complaint.

The girl at the register was very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is the area. I witnessed a lot homeless.

Came to this location twice today and the cashier seemed very agitated and neurotic from an incident he had with a prior customer. He seemed more than willing to have a friendly exchange with customers in line before and after, but each time it came to me he didn't speak at all, and hardly put the receipt in my hand. A random customer behind me also noticed this odd behavior and gave me a "God bless ma'am, have a good day". I suppose to compensate for the cashier's rudeness. Don't let your bad days bleed onto your other customers who did nothing wrong. Do better than this. That shouldn't be hard.

Gone are the days where you can actually go by the name of the store. Remember when 99 cents only stores where actually 99 cents? Now the latest store to falsify their name is Dollar Tree. I went into one of their stores last night to do some shopping and got a little surprised. Everything in their stores is now $1.25 or higher. Even though signage at the registers state everything is $1.25. But what about the $3.00 and $5.00 items? Did their prices go down? I hardly think so. We are paying higher prices but the shelves are still empty. According to my receipt, I purchased 37 items so I actually spent $8.25 more than planned. Thank you Dollar Tree you are still my shopping destination just not as often.

So many things here! Customer service can be better, but It's understandable they are like 3 associates for all the store, but everything it's 1 dollar, awesome..

great dollar tree to shop at. I find that this particular store is mostly well stocked, organized, and comfortable to shop at. The staff are always friendly and helpful l, I usually make conversation with whoever is ringing me up. I love dollar tree and I appreciate how comfortable it is to shop here.
