This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to. I don't know the manager's name, it might be Shane. He is just great. Always very helpful, goes above and beyond the call to make sure you get done what you need done. Plus he's friendly. Apparently that all rubs off on the rest of the staff, because they are the same.

I love this UPS Store! I go out of my way to go to this location even though I have another UPS Store closer to my house. All the staff is friendly and helpful. If there is a long line, it moves quickly. Also, Amalia L. is an asset to the store. She is very patient and has helped me on many occasions.

I was helped by a young lady who said she had just started a week prior. She was very helpful and remained professional and calm as she worked around being new to the system. I was very impressed with her assistance. The manager, I believe Shane is always professional and his staff is always helpful. Best UPS store I’ve been to, keep up the good work!

I had a mailbox here for a couple years. Shane and the staff were always very helpful. The only reason I stopped renting a mailbox is I didn’t need one anymore. It was nice knowing my packages were being received safe and secure. Thanks Shane!

This location is convenient and has been my go to whenever I need quick shipping. The young lady with the tattoos and glasses (sorry I havent caught your name!) Has always been there to help me out, shes quick and friendly...always professional! You can tell she's a hard worker, as a small business owner I know those are hard to find these days! I never thought I’d write a review for a ups store, but the service at this location is hands down the best in Tucson! I have only had positive experiences here and everyone is always so friendly, patient, and helpful! Maria is great, and there is a guy here who is always upbeat and so positive. Love to see it! I always use this location because of how nice everyone is here.

Amalia , was knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. She went out of her way to verse me in the most economic options to send my express letter & got it done quickly in order to get it out with the last pickup of the day. I was a regular customer for a few months and dealt with Lynette mainly. She was always extremely helpful, polite and held wonderful conversations. I went in recently to find out that she no longer works there, I personally feel that the owner/manager lost a wonderful and dedicated employee. Everytime i went in she was always busy, lines out the door and she managed to remain calm (even at times while being yelled at) and quickly got everyone in and out. She knew the store like the back of her hand. Everyone loved her and she was always complimented about how good she was at her job, she deserved a raise, and how considerate she was. I wish she would return but until then i hope shes doing well. Thank you Lynette for being such a wonderful employee. The store is missing out
