I have two "Unlimited" Car Memberships. I use the word "unlimited" very sparingly. As of lately they are struggling to stay open during their normal hours of business. Why does someone have to pay an "Unlimited" Fee if the place of business limits the normal hours they are open!? I've been coming here for a long time, however I may have to start looking else where if they can't figure this out.

One week ago today the washing machine scratched the center of the hood of my car. I am waiting to hear if they will take responsibility or not and will update this review. If this has happened to others please contact me. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW 071922 Mister Car Wash took responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. I went down the street to the body shot presented them with the quote for repair and within 2 days they gave me the approval to get the work done. Juan the on site manager called the body shop and asked the to allow Mister Car Wash to pay the bill. The body shop agreed and when I picked up my car the body shop called the Mister Car Wash phone number and received a credit card payment for the work done. I suspect they fixed their machine as well.

This location has really gone downhill. They used to have people hand drying your vehicles after their worthless air blowers hit your car. Now they have some questionable wheel with a cloth that attempts to dry the top of your vehicle.

I have never had a more engaging, friendly, and funny attendent at a car wash than the one who helped me here. I will always remember him and will wish every car wash I go to in the future will have someone like him! Clean car after, quick process, decent prices.

A bad experience today………I’ve coming for long time. During a few years I had a car that needed the antenna to be removed before going into the tunnel. Every time the person at the entrance would remove the antena. Today around 2:30 PM the person told me that it was my responsibility to remove it, also didn’t put tape on the rear wiper which luckily was not teared out by the machine. I understand how difficult it is to hire labor but the quality of the service and the lack of services at several locations makes this place the happy owner of a two star review.

I will never return to any Mister Car wash again. I have been a very loyal unlimited customer for 7 years. Last weekend, their carwash damaged the roof rail on my brand new $75k Cadillac. They are refusing to pay for the damages. "It must have been a factory defect". There is no defect. As the leader of a successful business, I can tell you that this is very bad business. This company does not take care of their customers when they are clearly at fault. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I was there for car wash last week. I left my checkbook in the car that day , someone had take a empty check from my check book. This message is for the manager: tell your worker not to steal!!!!! Already frozen my bank, and they will report to the police. The check is paid to Johnethan W. For $195. Be awear of this place, don’t ever leave any valueable in the car!!!!!!!! I was really regret for forgetting my checkbook in the car. ( They didn’t blow my bobby-pin away , they blow my check away) Lastly I paid 36 dollars for full service cleaning. My platform wasn’t even cleaned. Never come back again!!!!!!!

Great place, great service. Strongly recommend. Place offers coffee and popcorn when you wait as well as a couple of vending machines. Service is fast so you don't have to wait for long.
