Service is so slow. All service desk folks are just chit chatting with customer without regard to that their is long line of people waiting.

Cherish is one of the rude employees ever. I was asking her to track my packages even thought she wasn't able to scan it she made a big fuss about not wanting to write the tracking number manually. Terrible employee needs to be fired asap. They other employees were very helpful and did great.

I came to this post office because of the reviews. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He was patient, kind, and super helpful as took me through each step of mailing to a dpo address. He even helped me save $20 by suggesting to switch to their boxes. I have never received such customer service from another post office.

Didn't even try to deliver my package! Said on tracking that they "attempted" delivery at 5:00pm and left a note on the door, neither of which happened. I have been home for hours and there was never a knock, and no note was left. Nothing in my mailbox either. I really needed the package today, but they were too lazy to deliver I guess. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

Benjamin is phenomenal! He goes out if his way to help you when the post office for your address won't. He is so helpful I followed him from another post office to this one. No, I'm not a stalker, I just appreciate excellent customer service. This is the one post office I always go to! Everyone is friendly and helpful even when it's crazy busy.

I have a son in the Military and I am always mailing packages at this post office. Each staff member is so kind, quick and very helpful. I am grateful to them. (Please Ignore the bad reviews ,they are probably demanding and unkind people.) Thank you, for all that you do each day. Keep up all the hard work.

Lobby is fine. don’t know what other people are crying about. it’s a busy post office. it’s not a luxury condo. people are helpful and nice here. such a shame Ben is a Giants fan though…. BOOOOOOOOOO go birds! 🦅

Cherie did an awesome job for me. And although I’ve sent stuff a certain way for a long time, she was the first postal worker who took the time to show me another way to send my boxes that will save me a lot of money in the long run. I really appreciate that she took that time and effort to tell me. And she was overall nice.

I have used USPS to ship all of my packages, which now amount to over 1,800 of them, over the past 5 years. I always get decent to excellent service and have had a total of 6 packages lost (out of 1,800) in transit or stolen off of someone's porch in all this time. A lot of people love to gripe about lines, but they are just as, or more efficient, than that of UPS or FED-EX when it comes to customer service and they do a heck of a lot of work for us all. LOVE USPS AND THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE
