The Joann store in my city doesn't hold a candle to this store. I can not believe the size, product offerings and how great the store looks and feels. Also has a free Starbucks coffee maker.

Had what I needed. Store layout is confusing so it took a while. Was able to use an on app coupon. Store was clean. Only staff I talked with was at checkout and they weren't having a great day.

Really well organized and very clean. Friendly staff can always point you in the right direction, which is helpful because the place is huge. I know prices everywhere are up, but for arts and crafts supplies I would expect materials to be more affordable. This store is not value oriented, but if you aren't concerned with that aspect it is a very nice place to shop.

I've always loved Joann's but this location is definitely my favourite. Always clean and and stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful when I need it. Plus, they have great sales on everything and always have coupons on their app!

Visiting the area on a short trip. Extremely nice store with coffee bar?! Wow. Nice idea to put classroom in center of store behind a glass wall. Huge jumbo tron TV wall when you walk. This store is much nicer than the stores we have in the south.

I love this Joann. It's always well stocked and has super helpful people that can help you find or create whatever is in your head. The yarn wall is my favorite. Always an efficient stop. Halloween is in full stock and on sale!

I’ve always loved Joann Fabrics, I’m a very textile person and I just love cute prints and textures. I’ve been going to this specific Joann Fabric’s store for over 10+ years, and it is always clean and organized! Every employee I’ve encountered over the years are very sweet, especially at the fabric cutting counter. I’d say that the only down-side to Joann’s, is that they’re a little bit on the pricey side on certain items, however I understand that’s not the employee’s fault. The new updates they did to this store and their brand overall is very pleasing too (I LOVE the green!) I’ll definitely come back when I’m in need of more fabrics! Awesome job!

This was a great Joanne's and I often frequent them because I'm a wreath maker. The store was very clean and organized and they had a lot of materials that I needed that some other stores didn't carry. I do recommend this Jo-Ann's...

The coolest Joann Fabric we've ever seen. You'd think we're in Texas with its size. That said, for the amount of workers we saw walking around, every area seemed a little understaffed and waits were long. Still a really cool place to go, just allot a bit more time, don't come in a rush for sure.

Wow. I had NO idea Jo-Ann was this nice now! The last one I was in (not in Ohio) was dark and dingy, and to be fair I need to use the sewing stuff I've got, so I'd been skipping going to them. But I needed knitting needles, and sadly my favorite local yarn shop in Cbus closed due to covid. I also hadn't ever been to the Polaris Jo-Ann. What a surprise! It's bright, clean(!!!), seems pretty well organized... I didn't have time to look at patterns, but this store redesign made me want to come back in. Not sure if my local Jo-Ann down south is this way yet (sure hope so!). Also they've got really nice Christmas wreaths, I'll have to keep it in mind for next year.
