As a complete beginner in sewing I was feeling nervous about navigating a store as big as JoAnns. My sewing teacher told our class that JoAnns is the best place to find everything a beginner needs so I went. I had a WONDERFUL experience there as a total novice because of Susan, who I met working at the fabric cutting counter. I told her I had no clue what I was doing and she generously gave me her time, guidance, patience and enthusiasm! I walked out with everything I needed for doing my first sewing project in my beginners class and Susan said she'd love to see my completed project which made me even more excited! I'll definitely be stopping back in to show Susan my finished first project and to buy supplies for my second project there. In addition to the amazing customer service experience I had, I was happy that the fabric I chose was 50% off and that I could use a coupon online for one of my full-priced items. I definitely recommend this location and I'll be back again there soon! Thank you Susan and JoAnns! :-)

The hours for the sewing machine sales are not at all as listed. Traveled to come here to buy a machine and at 7:20pm the sewing store was closed.

Bought material great price @40% off with option to buy the remnant @75% off. Waited a long time in line with only one cashier. When it was my turn, the cashier wouldn't charge the remnant price @ 75%. I couldn't make him understand it and he became frustrated with me. The line was now 6 shopper's deep. I was aggravated as well. Rather than exiting and returning to the line, I paid full sale price for both pieces. A remnant isn't even a full yard. The young girl who measured for me was super nice.

First time there. I was in Complete Awe of All the different colors & patterns of fabrics they had there :)! And the Best part about my trip there was after waiting patiently for the saleslady to assist me, I found Just What I Was Looking For To Match My Dress(s). Wish I could remember the Saleswomans name, but luckily They were ALL helpful/Great :) !!! Will definitely be returning sometime soon, Thanks JOANN Fabrics & Crafts ;)!

If I could give a -5 for tonight’s “performance 6.17.22 I would. I ordered online 4 rolls of vinyl. The store closes at 9 and it was close to 8 so I called. I was assured my order would be ready before 9. 8:15 pm no email so I decide to go up to the store and just pick up my items. I park at the front entrance (where I have parked multiple times for pick up because there is no designated spot like other stores). The “Top Flight” security member decides after I have parked gotten out my car to say I needed to move. I was frustrated because I have parked here multiple times with no issue.. I move my car and walk to the store . He tells “Aye before you go in there all mad it’s only two people working tonight”. I go into the store there is one other customer..that’s it. I go to get my order and go to the front, the Joann rep says “we don’t got no order, there only one for pick up tomorrow morning at 9am”. She flips her device around and shows me all pending orders. I said ok I just want my Oder. She say ok ..doesn’t give me a bag or anything. I ask for a bag take my items z as bd walk out. The “Top Flight Security” guy yells have good night in a condescending tone. The Joan Fabrics member and the security guy start laughing loudly. I asked them “so I’m funny, the situation is funny!?!?!” Rude, unprofessional and uncouth! Get it together Easton Store

The store is very organized, staff is friendly and so helpful when I needed. They have a lot of yarn options and this was just yesterday trip to the store! I order half online to pick up and bought a few more there. They have all the supplies I needed
