Disappointed that I now have to treat this pharmacy like a fast food restaurant and double check my prescription bag because they didn't fill my prescription correctly. Usually they have good service, so not sure why I had to wait 40 minutes for a wrongly filled prescription (it was a single, prepackaged tablet) but instantly get it correctly filled (3 instead of one) when I'm upset at the counter? Edit 8/31/21: they're friendly as always, and I haven't had any another mistakes since my previous review. I appreciate their service, mistakes happen. I was just frustrated and my continued health problems didn't help.

The worst pharmacy in town. Will lie to you about wait time and take over three hours to fill something when there is no one else waiting for prescriptions. Completely unprofessional staff and unstaffed as it is.

Punk in pharmacy was rude, disrespectful and accusatory when friend attempted to drop off prescriptions for me. Stay away at all costs. That their rudeness and fill your prescriptions at CVS.

They were very fast and had all my information in the system, from the other Publix that I went to all the way across the state. It was very convenient and I saved so much time by going here. I'll definitely choose Publix in the future in the event that I ever need to get prescriptions here again.

I am surprised by the terrible reviews because my experiences have all been excellent. I switched from Walgreens several years ago when one prescription was frequently on backorder. Publix fills my scripts in a timely manner, including synchronizing and auto-refill. Dislike the location with all of the traffic, but worth it for the service.

This review is about the pharmacy. They have no idea what they are doing! I received a flu shot today and blood started dripping down my arm. Tonight as I change the bandage the cotton ball is soaked with blood. I spoke with my doctor today, and it sounds like the guy at publix hit a vein. Not worth ever using this pharmacy again. Be ware!

Publix Pharmacy gives its customers: Metformin, Lisinopril, and several antibiotics for no charge.Otherwise a pretty normal pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in Gainesville. In the last 3 months, this pharmacy has given me the wrong meds for a prescription, an incorrect number of pills, and the pharmacist himself insisted it would be fine for me to take conflicting prescriptions. Completely incompetent.
