I am so grateful to her and the entire staff for taking such good care of my precious cat Billy and for helping us navigate the difficult decision to allow him to pass on from this life. I understand that a lot is going on in the vet world, but I do not think it is acceptable to lie to someone. I took my pet to the vet on Wednesday and was told that he needed to lose weight. The vet was very nice and said I did not need to wait for her to write up the diet plan that she would email it to me later that day. I thought that was very kind, but knowing what I know now I would have waited. It seems that she used that as an excuse to not write up the diet plan. This vet works between vets and was at a different location when I tried to contact her later that day. It has now been five days and I have not gotten any information. I tried contacting the vet and the receptionist told me that she saw all the information there and she just needed to reconfirm it was ready and then she would send the email. I waited forty minutes and called back to figure out that the receptionist can not see the diet plan and that only the vet can send the information. Nice to know that they will just lie to make you shut up.

Easily the most professional, friendly, caring team of Veterinarian professionals I have met. I will happily be bringing my cats to them knowing that I am getting the care they need with an explanation of cost versus need. I emphatically recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to bring their pet for any care.

We were visiting the area from out of town when our dog became ill, and they were able to schedule a same day (Saturday) appointment. The entire staff was just wonderful! Dr White was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing was very fair, if I lived in Gainesville this would be my new vet.

ALL staff - in particular those with whom I interacted directly, Ashley and Dr White - were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. They seemed to genuinely care about my pet and kept me posted along the way with respect to billing charges- no surprises! I highly recommend this vet clinic!

My daughter had referred me here and I am so very pleased with the facility ( very clean and inviting) front staff so friendly and welcoming. Danny tech and Dr. White were wonderful with my kitten. I could not be more pleased and will happily refer friends and family

Being new to Florida and not having the best experience with a past vet I was very nervous and hesitant about finding a new vet. My apartment complex recommended this place. I felt completely welcomed from the second you walk to the door with the welcome board that had every single fur baby's name that had an appointment that day. I even took a picture of the board. The staff is beyond friendly and made the exam for my cats as painless as possible. Very grateful I found Newberry Hospital.

Dr Phillips and the staff are very friendly and helpful with the animals. They made an appointment for me later in the day the same day from my friends dog I was dog sitting. She was having UTI issues and I needed to get some medication! They have been great with my dogs and helped me out with my friends dog too Thanks for the help Dr.Phillips!!!👍

I own a cat and I’m moving out of my student apartment near campus. I was so overwhelmed by the different vet clinics in the area but I can vouch that Newberry Animal Hospital is definitely the right choice. The clinic is small enough to know you and your pet, but responsible and efficient with their services. Even if there was an emergency or they couldn’t directly help, they offered solutions and compassion. I’ll definitely miss them as I leave college and cannot recommend them enough!

I've been really pleased with their services. Have taken my cats here for about 5 years now. Friendly, compassionate veterinary care. The staff and doctors are very personable and offer good advice and options for your pet's needs.
