I own a cat and I’m moving out of my student apartment near campus. I was so overwhelmed by the different vet clinics in the area but I can vouch that Newberry Animal Hospital is definitely the right choice. The clinic is small enough to know you and your pet, but responsible and efficient with their services. Even if there was an emergency or they couldn’t directly help, they offered solutions and compassion. I’ll definitely miss them as I leave college and cannot recommend them enough! ~Emily

We brought our Doberman who has skin issues and been throwing up. My husband drove 3.5 hrs ONE WAY to have them see our dog, since our vet is at her wits end trying to figure this out. There were ZERO other patients and the vet on call - checked his heart and breathing and said it was not an emergency and sent them home. I am livid and would NEVER recommend that vet to a dead animal. NEVER GO HERE. ~Carrie

The shops manager is a really nice person who helps me with my day to day needs. I am loyal to this one shop because they have gone above and beyond to 1) carry things i want. 2) listen to my concerns 3) stand up for what's right 4) Help with getting things faster 5) great prices for beer 6) a huge candy and snack selection 7) they will help you with a special request. ~bill

Disappointed that I now have to treat this pharmacy like a fast food restaurant and double check my prescription bag because they didn't fill my prescription correctly. Usually they have good service, so not sure why I had to wait 40 minutes for a wrongly filled prescription (it was a single, prepackaged tablet) but instantly get it correctly filled (3 instead of one) when I'm upset at the counter? Edit 8/31/21: they're friendly as always, and I haven't had any another mistakes since my previous review. I appreciate their service, mistakes happen. I was just frustrated and my continued health problems didn't help. ~Lauren

One of the best conversations to an employee named Alyssa in the pharmacy. She helped me to understand each aspect of the question I asked. She is a very patient and understanding employee. I hope the rest of the staff at CVS are as committed to their job as she is. Customer service is the biggest part of a company, and I think we could all learn from Alyssa how that would be handled in the future. Thank you Alyssa. ~William

Customer service is great I bought an item about two weeks ago and called about it cause I got home and didn't have it they didn't see it up front but the clerk on duty when I bought it bagged it and put it on a shelf when I went in today they had it behind the counter and gave it to me very honest people and the pharmacy people are very nice and helpful!! ~Joyce

I just bought my 1st hottub and really love it. I have been wanting to buy one for a few years now but what has stopped me in the past is not finding the one i like or in my budget. Biggest set back was me not knowing how to keep up the Maintenance with one. Mike and his wife and their help nick have gone over board with helping me with all of the above .
