Walked in to use restroom and was going to make a purchase. Restroom had a sign up that said out of order. I asked the employee where they go to use the restroom and he said the customer restroom is out of order. Not acceptable. I am type 2 diabetic and this is highly discriminatory. Corporate needs to be aware of this.

Today I went into CVS attempting to pickup a Moneygram to get a few last minute necessities to prepare for the hurricane. After standing in a long line at the customer service at the AR rd Wal-Mart I was told that they weren't doing any money services & would be closing at noon (mind you it was 11:40) as I was leaving I attempted to call the Wal-Mart by the highway patrol but, they were not answering their phones so, I proceeded to drive to the Waldo rd location where I was turned away at the doors at 8 mins till noon & spoken to terribly by their staff. When I arrived at CVS I ended up speaking with the store Manager John who was so unbelievably kind to me & attempted to help me pickup my Moneygram which unfortunately I was unable to do b/c it was sent via Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart & could only be cashed at a Wal-Mart but, the kindness & compassion he showed me truly meant so much & honestly restored some of my faith in humanity after the experiences I had had that day. John is a good man & CVS is lucky to have him representing their company! He really tried to help me in my time of need & for that I am so grateful.

Free COVID testing. Clean store. Nice people. Can load your Chime or PayPal cards for a small fee.

Nothing the staff was super nice. They help me figure out what medicine was good for me to get for my son.

Do not trust the pharmacist in drive thru. Asked for something, got the generic that was plainly wrong. No apology. Almost seemed annoyed that we came back to ask for what we originally needed. Disappointing is experience .

One of the best conversations to an employee named Alyssa in the pharmacy. She helped me to understand each aspect of the question I asked. She is a very patient and understanding employee. I hope the rest of the staff at CVS are as committed to their job as she is. Customer service is the biggest part of a company, and I think we could all learn from Alyssa how that would be handled in the future. Thank you Alyssa.

If you have workers that refuse to work their shift and decide to stand around and gossip with each other, then don't advertise you are open 24/7

The store was well kept and stocked. The people at the check out on 10/30/21 at 7PM were too busy talking to each other and looking at their phones to help with checking out. So when we were at the self check out the system was blinking and asking us to waiting for quite awhile before either of them were bothered to come over and help. Then they had rude comments about having to help as we were leaving.

Over the years, I have had to come to this store just like most of us. Never has there been a good experience. The staff is rude and inappropriate. The manager specifically is not reasonable nor is he nice to the staff. He does not listen to your complaints and talks over you. Specifically, do not go here to purchase passport photos. They have messed up the quality of the photos and the manager refuses to refund or even acknowledge their mistake.
