I just bought my 1st hottub and really love it. I have been wanting to buy one for a few years now but what has stopped me in the past is not finding the one i like or in my budget. Biggest set back was me not knowing how to keep up the Maintenance with one. Mike and his wife and their help nick have gone over board with helping me with all of the above . Thanks guys and look forward to future business.

Technician made it out today. Happy to see the same guy that delivered the hot tub. Quick and easy but error codes that can not be found online and force the dealers to have their technicians call the manufacturer for help seems obtuse and makes the professionals doing the work look bad. In this case, manufacturers solve worked, but puts the dealer and their techs out.

Great staff, very helpful. They carry just about everything you need. The only drawback to this store is the parking lot. It's a stand alone building with a very small and tight parking lot. If you have a large vehicle and the store is busy as it is most weekends, you may have a difficult time maneuvering in and around the parking spaces. It's better to back into a space if possible IMO. The parking is why I give it 4 stars. If you need parts for your filter system, give them a try.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Waited at the parts counter for 10-15 min while 2 employees had a conversation and ignored us, a third employee was actually helping another customer, and a 4th seemed like he was hiding in the back area, only coming around after I made direct eye contact and motioned for him. Wouldn't waste my time here again. Plenty of other good pool supply options in gainesville

I have Pinch A Penny's weekly pool service and recently took advantage of their pressure washing service. I could not be more pleased! Scott and Nick do a fantastic job in both areas and are very courteous and professional! I would highly recommend them! 5 stars!

We recently switched to Pinch a Penny, and we are very happy with their service. Chris is a gem and does a fantastic job on our pool; it looks like a resort spa after he's finished. Our motor went out recently, and they were able to replace it (and get it protected from the elements) and get our pool up and running again in no time. They do our neighbor's pool, too, and we highly recommend them!

We took our pool vacuum to have it repaired but it didn’t work when we got it home so Taylor said bring it back and he would run it in a pool and work on it some more. He called and said it was ready so we picked it up again but noticed the backup valve was missing when we got home. We called and Jennifer said they didn’t have it. I asked to speak to the manager, Kristine and was informed she was unavailable. She would not speak with me at all, as I tried to resolve this whole situation with a very sweet girl, Jennifer. They finally discovered they were wrong but never apologized and Kristine would never speak to me, even when I asked to talk to her. I had to hire someone else to repair my vacuum. I have been using this store for my pool needs for 20 year but not anymore.

We recently refinished our pool courtesy of Pinch A Penny. We picked out a new finish, a new waterline tile, and they took care of the rest! We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a similar experience!
