I've been going to this pool store for years and the staff is always been super friendly and helpful in answering questions about taking care of my pool.

They are terrible pool cleaning company. They tricked us starting from a mailbox flyer. In that flyer, they promised to offer $99 for the first month service and raised a higher price to $110 right after it. The pool cleaning people they sent to us did terrible jobs. The guys either did not show up and or did not clean well. They forgot to check and clean the water filters. We found it out later when we saw dead frogs in the filters. The pool cleaning workers did not show up many times but they lied to us by only put their names on the clock out card. They always try to upsell you things like motor, timer, filters and they are not interested of how to improve their cleaning services. They are so greedy by cheating and lying us again and again. Finally, we terminated their services but they still charged us a full price for days they did not even do the works. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They will eventually go off the business!

Absolutely amazing! I called Tuesday morning for help with my pool since i had been going to the pinch a penny in winter springs town center, and i had gotten no satisfactory results. This location knew exactly what was wrong and what to do. Brian and Luis were amazing, after 3 weeks of pure frustration and continued purchases of unnecessary chemicals they pointed me in the right direction. I have been in my home now for 3 years and have NEVER had any kid of growth in my pool until this year, cloudiness yes... but no growth. With such a high turn over rate at the winter springs location i had enough of the do this do that and purchased this with no end result in sight. I drove out of my way and don't regret it in the least bit. In fact i will continue to make the 20 minute Drive weekly now. I have never spent $200 in chemicals before in less than 2 weeks until i recently did the last 2 weeks to get a pool cleared up and maintained. In less than 24 hours my pool was cleared up with the correct chemical and maintenance advise given. I'm one happy customer to say the least. Thanks guys and keep up the good work

Austin was a very professional and knowledgeable pool technician. He solved electrical problems with my pool and Polaris motors. I would recommend the Howell Branch location to my neighbors for pool needs.

I had massive algae issue for first time in 35 years. Went to competitor for help due to a little more convieance. I could not get it under control. Sent pinch a penny a message for help and the owner Heath called me and went over issues. In store Brian was great. Step by step instructions also for close follow up. Never will I go anywhere else

Brian tested the water levels in my pool and gave me day-by-day instructions on what to do. I came in on a Friday evening with my pool water looking green (pic below) by Sunday morning my pool water is blue. Thank you Brian and staff for help and expertise!! Very disappointed that scheduled service to install a replacement spa pump had to be canceled because of medical issues (AND we were NOT called to so inform us). BUT the store explained and very appologetic and we were able to get the pump ( and install it ourselves). Blocking on the clerk's name ( left handed and has a twin) but very helpful and his attitude and efforts made up for the disappointment...

I like them to an extent. I am grateful that someone spoke to me whenever I called them. They ultimately had to decline service because I wasn’t in their service area, however they did give me some useful contacts. They may not be the best in their trade but they are certainly not the worst. Their conduct with me to me denotes them as a high average maybe a “B” rated pool company. What I am unable to comprehend is why they can’t drive 10 miles to do a one time service in my area even if I am willing to compensate them adequately.

Have been a customer for 4years.the staff and store management has gone down hill. Customer service and problem solving is lacking. They do not value their customers. I have had pool service for atleast 2 plus years and as of late my pool has looked horrible. Have called the store and tried to work out the issues multiple times but the service technician and store manager have been less then stellar. Today when discussing the issue with the service manager told the best he could do was send the tech back out. Which is the same solution I got 2 weeks ago. I was told it would not be an issue going further. My issues have been on going for 6 weeks! Horrible pool service, customer service and overall business.

For the last few weeks our pool service has slowly declined. They would check off boxes of items that were "completed" but clearly not. We have called and spoken to many different people who say "we will handle it", then for the next week or two, it's fine, then it take a cliff dive. This week, my pool didn't even get serviced. Going to corporate at this point because the people at this location aren't too much help.
