I usually go in after work and the 3rd shift guy is always friendly and a football fan. My only problem is that my store doesn't have pizza or wings or any hot foods except taqitos. So any of the 7-11 card points are not available to me. There is only one store in Tucson that has hot food and that's clear across town from me.

I use to go to this store all the time, but after what happened today I won't ever go back again. Here's what happened. I go there to buy a postage stamp, so then I go to pay for it and I get my debit card out to pay for it and the cashier says to me in a nasty tone of voice. You can't use your card to pay for it , I need to pay cash. So I said I don't have any cash, I only have the card, what's the deal. In a nasty tone again, I don't make any money on them and I'm charged money for every debit and this isn't worth it. So I said keep the stamp, don't want it anymore,I turned and walked out the door. I guess that's how you treat your loyal customers,huh? Wow! The cashier was also the manager. First shift.

Apparently, it's okay to close your store for an entire hour when it's clearly open 24 hours just like every other 711 on the planet. Come on management, that's not how you run a business.. You're really telling your employees it's okay to chain the door shut for an entire hour? How about 15 minutes at a time so you don't lose business...And why would this employee even bother coming to the door to ask me if I need something, just to point at the sign telling me to come back in 45 minutes rather than staying in the freezer and ignoring me completely. I would not be wasting time writing this very long rant had he not come all the way to the front to send me away..I have worked TONS of jobs, and our customers ALWAYS came BEFORE our inventory. I'm seriously appalled by this lack of care you have for customers that are choosing your store to stop in for coffee, or lunch with the 5 spare minutes they have to spare before heading to their customer service job at 5 a.m. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. This location NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. SINCERELY, Late to work with NO COFFEE... thanks:D

They sell old expired bags of chips and when I confronted the manager, he told me that’s how it is... take your money somewhere else, your health is more important!

Employee keeps rubbing his nose and looks like he's on some sort of upper. Regardless, it's unsanitary and a possible spreading of disease when bodily fluids are coming into contact with drinks, food, etc. Also showing signs of paranoia and picking nose. This is not some place you want to get clean foods and services. Sorry, move onto the next 7-11 if you want to keep your health. 23rd Aug 2017. 10:00~ p.m. (edit: it is now a while later (couple weeks) and I've returned only twice, in fear of encountering the same employee again. To my pleasant surprise I saw a familiar face. This young, cocky man was nowhere to be found. Customer service at this little North Sunrise treasure has been restored AFAIK. Will upgrade to a 5-star upon confirmation his absence wasn't just a fluke.

The guy who works graveyard shifts midweek his name is John, that's a good dude. More convenience store employees should be nice and helpful.... instead of have attitude and be racist and mad...take a clue from John over at 7:11
