This by far the worst CVS of all in our area. Go across the street to Walgreens they are a little bit better in the pharmacy customer service.

This pharmacybus the worst! Don't waste your time here. Roses at the pharmacy doesn't know what she is doing. She is terrible. Nobody jumps in to help either. Will never come back.

Very incompetent people in the pharmacy that do not have any order or organization at all. You have to request the same prescription 3 times and they still can’t get it right! So tired of no professionalism or experience on this end of health care.

Definitely a pharmacy-only issue here cause every time I go it’s always chill. The older gentleman and lady are always very nice and super accommodating. It’s to the point where I feel like I can’t match their niceness energy. That said, this place is bussin bussin fr, no cap. Pharmacy opps though… I guess.

Despite other reviews, I've only ever had good experiences. The staff is friendly, the pharmacy staff was very helpful with and issue I had with my COVID test appointment confirmation. Sometimes there is a wait at the drive thru, but I feel that is pretty typical for most drive thru pharmacy's.

We have been having our prescriptions sent here for years but lately the service has gotten worse. They gave us the wrong amount for a prescription so we went back to the drive thru and waited in line for 15 mins and then when we finally got to the window we were told they were closed for lunch and then ignored. At least put up a sign outside with lunch hours that is visible to people waiting in line so that people don’t waste their time for a mistake an employee made.

This store managed to wait on two drive through customers in forty minutes. You are hitting new lows in customer service, unless that simply isn't a thing anymore.
