This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Enterprise. The first used vehicle I bought from Enterprise turned out to be the best and most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned. I was so happy with my vehicle that many years later I decided without question to purchase from enterprise again and this experience has turned out to be no let down on any level. Matt was a new sales person but you would never know that by his professionalism and information on every vehicle that interested me. I admit I gave him a few “got you” questions that he passed with flying colors with 100% honesty to all my questions. It was also good to see the team work in support from others to assist my sales person on the spot not that he needed much of at all. Thank you Matt, your Manager and Enterprise you’ve all helped to make me a lifelong happy customer.

This was my first ever car purchase from a car lot. I am very impressed with how smooth the process was. Joe Biehl was very helpful and patient as I reside in LC, NM. At first I was kind of skeptical about buying a vehicle from another state but the more I spoke to Joe, the more comfortable I felt. When I arrived to sign the paperwork everything was organized and ready for me to sign. I was in and out in a jiffy. Yesterday I looked at a 2020 Nissan Rogue and Brandon Phillips came out to assist me. He was very courteous and spent time with me while I looked at several cars and asked many questions. This was my youngest daughter's, first car! We researched for several months and decided on Enterprise, on E. Speedway, in Tucson. I stood back and simply, quietly listened. I am a dad, an old dad of more than a few children. This is my last girl and Joe and his mentors and peers and his manager treated her like a woman of respect and dignity; a young woman who needed to trust them. She did and got a wonderful, sensitive, positive customer experience. Start to finish Joe was truthful, transparent, respectful and to the point. Just recently I had found myself in a real pickle. My car had finally given out and I needed a new reliable vehicle ASAP. At first I wasn’t really sure where to look and I didn’t have the time to sit at a dealership all day and shop around. So I looked online and found Enterprise car sales. I filtered the available vehicles and found one I liked. Soon after I received a call from Brandon Phillips who had seen my application online and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I arrived I was a little nervous, afraid I’d be convinced to sign for something I didn’t want. I had a very good experience with Brandon and also with Cruz and another gentleman whose name escapes me right now. They were all very helpful in every way possible, and Brandon was extremely sensitive and supportive during the process and after. As I was about to leave, I had a question about the car, and he was coming out the door even before I reached it to come in and ask! I think that was very special and attentive. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise Car Sales site to anyone looking for a good car and really wanting help jumping through all the hoops to make that a reality.
