Every time I call the pharmacy they keep me on the phone for 1 hour or more inexcusable !!! Then they cancel a prescription that I need to breathe!!! We are changing pharmacies!!! We have chronic illness!!! I’m call the regional office l!!!

After waiting four cars deep in the pharmacy drive thru with a very sick child in the car (just left doctors appointment), I was told the insurance on file is not going through. I suggested they confirm the insurance info and passed my insurance cards to the tech at the window. He shared they did in fact have information entered incorrectly and due to this, prescriptions were not filled. Furthermore, the error is now fixed but, it’s 130pm and they go to lunch at 2 therefore my sons three prescriptions cannot be filled until after lunch which puts pick up time around 4pm. I literally had to refrain from saying anything at all because otherwise my son would have seen a side of me he never had before. I will be contacting corporate next. This was absolutely unacceptable.

WALGREENS DOES NOT require their employees and Pharmacists be be VACCINATED. Per corporate Walgreens “As a company we strongly encourage all of our team members to get fully vaccinated; but Covid vaccinations are NOT mandatory” Keep this in mind when you go there for all your vaccines and booster! If in doubt ASK management/corporate, I did today was SHOCKED! Walgreens gobbles up state county and federal monies to be our “local health and wellness dispensary of vaccinations” yet they do not make Covid vaccination MANDATORY for their pharmacists that vaccinate us. Shame on Walgreens for being so irresponsible, hypocritical and duplicitous! Again ASK and post your review please. Unless we require better this is what Walgreens gives us.

I made a mistake on my order. I was a little irritated with myself when I called. Zach helped me take care of my issues immediately with a friendly, professional attitude & store knowledge. Not only that, it took less than a minute. Well done Zach. I hope Walgreens appreciates & rewards all of their employees who work above standard expectations. After all, its frontline employees that make or break a shopping experience.

I made a drive thru appt at the pharmacy for 10:30 on Sunday, when hours are open at 10. I Get there 5 mins ahead of time as instructed. Sat in the drive through (was showing as closed) thinking maybe I was just early. Waited 10 minutes. Eventually got fed up and tried to call the pharmacy. No answer. Called the store. The associate then tells me “yeah the pharmacist is running one to one and a half hours late so try coming back then.” HEY WALGREENS CORPORATE - HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE???

This location never has my sons prescription in stock. Every month the same excuse, the seizure medicine is out, but they expect it sometime this week. Sad such poor service.
