Best hair salon in Douglassville, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

My son got a great haircut from Shay today. He came in wanting one thing and I wanted another. She was able to give him a compromise of our two styles perfectly. She has been our favorite for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable. We both left very happy customers. Service: Haircut ~Kimberly

I was a first time client and I was so happy to be trying a higher end salon. I had highlights and lowlights and a root touch up done by a stylist that I will not name. When it was done I thought it looked great. It was curled beautifully. Within a couple of hours, it was obvious that the highlights were uneven and really poorly executed. In the light outside I could really see several issues. Please see the pictures and form your own opinion. I had to go to a different salon to get the highlights redone because of scheduling and work obligations. This was a Saturday and they weren’t open again until Tuesday. I called first thing on Tuesday morning and was told to send an email to the manager with the photos. I did that and requested a refund. The manager emailed me back and said they don’t do refunds. What a disappointment. I really had faith in this salon and my stylist and it turned out to be a disaster. ~Jessica
