Then you have the fact that the majority of the staff are extremely rude and unpleasant to interact with. The pharmacists themselves are kind and patient, but the rest of the women who work the counter have attitude beyond belief. You can ask a simple question to clarify that they haven’t made the same mistakes they’ve made in the past and you’ll feel scorned just by the look they give you. Maybe some staff training on professionalism and customer service is needed. And maybe the corporation should be ashamed that they allow a store to operate without the proper number of staff needed to function, causing everyone there to have a nasty face and cocky mouth. ~Emily

I actually like the front general part of CVS cash register operators. They help when needed and even walk to find a needed product. It’s a different story the pharmacy itself. They radiate an attitude of when I will be left alone. In many pharmacies the pharmacist explains the usage of medication, or at least asks whether you know the way it used. Forget those niceties. Last time I was prescribed a medication after a recent surgery. A new and heavy on side effects. It was ordered in the amount of 30 pills. They insisted to sell me a three months supply, explaining that’s how it was ordered. Actually doctor had to change that medication. Now reordered, and his nurse underlined 30 pills. We shall see how this one will go. But I didn’t meet one single person in the area who would mention anything positive about that team.
