Prescription is always delayed, called to check on the status as it said it’s still on hold a week later and was rudely told it needed to still be ordered. It’s been a week since it was called in, I don’t understand that long of a delay. I’d brush it off as a one time thing, even a few times and move on, but this has been going on for months every single month and they are always rude about it. I have to take the prescription every day and it’s not eligible for auto-fill so it has to be called in by my doctor, I wish it was auto-fill so it would save everyone the hassle but that’s the rule around this specific drug. I understand it’s crazy times right now, I truly do, but when we’re going on 5+ days of a prescription not even being ordered and then completely rude when I call just to ask if there was an update, I’m not going to keep doing that. It would be different if they were slightly apologetic or even just honest from the beginning. But don’t act like I’m inconveniencing you by just checking if there’s a scheduled day it may be ready. I called my doctor to switch it to a different cvs because I’m now days off the medicine I need to take with no actual pick-up date scheduled. ~Adele
