An incredibly kind person at the pharmacy took the time to help me over the phone with my questions about a prescription I needed to fill for my cat. Thank you for taking the time during what I know is a busy day!

Prescription is always delayed, called to check on the status as it said it’s still on hold a week later and was rudely told it needed to still be ordered. It’s been a week since it was called in, I don’t understand that long of a delay. I’d brush it off as a one time thing, even a few times and move on, but this has been going on for months every single month and they are always rude about it. I have to take the prescription every day and it’s not eligible for auto-fill so it has to be called in by my doctor, I wish it was auto-fill so it would save everyone the hassle but that’s the rule around this specific drug. I understand it’s crazy times right now, I truly do, but when we’re going on 5+ days of a prescription not even being ordered and then completely rude when I call just to ask if there was an update, I’m not going to keep doing that. It would be different if they were slightly apologetic or even just honest from the beginning. But don’t act like I’m inconveniencing you by just checking if there’s a scheduled day it may be ready. I called my doctor to switch it to a different cvs because I’m now days off the medicine I need to take with no actual pick-up date scheduled.

Went for a rapid test. The older lady inside the cabin was polite, but the younger work-of-art greeted me with "you're late, we're on the lunch break". Yes, I was 10 minutes late after realizing I was in the wrong PCR drive thru line. But c'mon, are you kidding me? First of all, who has lunch at 10am? And second, you are guaranteed to wait at least half an hour if you go for a molecular test, and have never seen anyone yelling "you're late!" at the window. So disappointed at CVS for hiring second rate "nurses" who can't show little empathy.

Got a “rapid” test done … took more than a day for them to get my results back to me 4 phone calls later I finally had to pry to get my results, somehow they lost my info and didn’t upload it to my chart and also spelled my name and got all my info wrong.. how do you check my insurance card and still get all that important information wrong? Hopefully my work accepts this with literally every bit of personal information wrong. At least the staff was somewhat nice 3/5 people I came in contact with when needing help. With all of that stress I would have just spent the extra money and gone to an urgent care for the guaranteed 20-45 min results.

This CVS has a fantastic and helpful staff, with a great selection of items that have great specials. It’s also wonderful that there is a convenient drive-through for the pharmacy, which also offers Covid testing. Sometimes there is a very long line when you go inside to the pharmacy, so it’s great to have the drive-through option. It’s a very clean store as well, with fully stocked shelves every time I’ve visited.

My typical pharmacy was unable to fill my prescription because the pharmacist is out sick. This CVS answered my call quickly and was able to help me get my meds transferred. Even though I'm sure all pharmacy workers are currently very over worked, I couldn't tell by how kind and helpful the gentleman was on the phone.

Pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. Constant problems on orders and follow up. Today, doctor called in prescription. 2 hours later I go to CVS. Counter person said they don't have enough for full prescription. Said they could give me enough to hold me over. Said fine I'll come back later. 4 hours later I come back. Not ready . Different counter person said it says on the computer that you'll pick the order tomorrow. I said the guy earlier said I could pick up a partial amount. This guy said he shouldn't have promised that. This guy wanders around for a while and said I can give you a partial to hold you over but you'll have to wait a while we're busy. I said that is what the guy said earlier . that is why I am back 4 hours later. This is one of so many situations just like this. And while this was going on the manager was at the next cash register and said nothing. I as well as others I know would love to move prescriptions.

Called to ask a question about when products would be delivered to the store. Extremely rude person (I believe it was the manager) said, "We don't tell anyone that." So, I am supposed to go out everyday checking the shelves. I am trying to avoid multiple visits as directed in social distancing recommendations. Also, I am 65. I will never go to that CVS again.

I love this Cvs. I go here for all of my family’s medication needs. Marie is such a gem. She has helped me save a ton money on my family’s prescriptions, she has truly gone above and beyond for me more then once. She helped me with my Mom’s meds when she got out of rehab and her coverage lapped. John is the manager, he is always so helpful and knowledgeable if I have any questions. The other staff members are usually pretty friendly. That being said, recently when I’ve gone in there are so many customers, it’s so busy, and there’s NO staff. The ones that are there are stressed out, I asked the manager and he says CVS cut hours! That’s a damn shame. Shame on you CVS!! This is a great store with truly great people not able to do their best because cooperate is saving money and meeting bottom lines. I’m giving 4 stars because I love my CVS but honestly I’m thinking of switching pharmacies because I’m just appalled at the thought of giving money to such a disgusting cooperation.

I experienced terrible customer service at this CVS pharmacy. Pharmacist Jennifer Whelan gave me a hard time about filling a stamped rather than signed prescription my dentist gave me. This wouldn't have been a big deal, except she was incredibly rude throughout the whole process and refused to fill it even though I suggested calling the dentist to confirm. This is not a CVS policy, rather this individual pharmacist giving me a hard time. Will never, ever return to this pharmacy.
