They help to give you options during the sessions to meet your specific needs. This studio offers several community sessions every week that are only $5 or the first month of unlimited sessions is only $30. The instructors here are truly passionate about what they do and will gladly assist you no matter how far along you are in yoga. I am brand new to yoga and felt like I received all the support I needed to thrive in the practice. You will see people here of all ages, people that are young to those in their golden years. This studio has a very personalized feel. I strongly prefer this studio over Yoga Flow because of the individualized feel that you will not find over there. You also have the flexibility of performing each session in the studio or via Zoom. You get so much value for your money and certainly will not regret your decision.
