I've been a customer of TD Bank for 8+ years and 3 names readily come to mind: Janice, Jewel and Laura. They've made banking so personable. With Jewel always asking after my family, my son in particular...as she's literally watched him grow up. Laura, always greeting me so warmly and with great welcome over the years, assisting me with such patience, understanding and compassion (no matter how big or small the matter...and that matters). Then there's Janet. I just like her! She has been such a fixture of stability and calm.
