Very disappointed in the customer service and overall communication for Uhaul. I had a one-way rental from Ohio and the rep there made no mention of a mileage restriction. I dropped off the truck to this location on the same day. Three days later I'm told that I exceeded the mileage limit and had to pay a penalty. It would have been nice to know about the mileage restriction before I drove across state boundaries. ~Jeffrey

Friendly staff but they charged me $337 to ship a package to FL.$60 for packaging and $277 for shipping. I paid because I was reassured that those were the rates. I called UPS after leaving and was quoted $71.36. I returned to get my property back and a refund which was promptly given. When I informed the staff member of the quote I received he said “I don’t know about that, these are the rates I pulled offline”. When I refused to ship through them he repeatedly said “you’ll see, you’ll see”. He insisted that the additional charges for the shipment would equal his price of $337. I shipped the product for $88 going directly through UPS. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the arrogance and lack of honesty I experienced.I understand that it’s a franchise but to mark up the shipping by that amount is outrageous. ~Jeffrey
