I wish I could give this place a zero. There was one mouthy customer service lady. She wasn't even waiting on me but got involved with my business. I don't get things notarized every day. I honestly did not know that you had to sign in front of the person. Their website says to bring a government ID. So I did. So then I have to hear how the service can't be done. Now I'm stuck having to do the form all over again. On the way out the door, I heard the mouthy customer service lady mock me, saying in a snippy voice,"Thanks for signing your paper." I went back in and said, "Excuse me... Did you say something to me?" The other clerks tried to cover for her, but I know what I heard. She was about 5'2-5'4, brown shoulder length hair, wearing a green shirt. Based on my experience, my opinion is that I would not recommend this place to anybody, nor would I ever go there again. If they have a Distict Manager, he or she needs to deal with this individual, because the others seem to try and help customers.

Friendly staff but they charged me $337 to ship a package to FL.$60 for packaging and $277 for shipping. I paid because I was reassured that those were the rates. I called UPS after leaving and was quoted $71.36. I returned to get my property back and a refund which was promptly given. When I informed the staff member of the quote I received he said “I don’t know about that, these are the rates I pulled offline”. When I refused to ship through them he repeatedly said “you’ll see, you’ll see”. He insisted that the additional charges for the shipment would equal his price of $337. I shipped the product for $88 going directly through UPS. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the arrogance and lack of honesty I experienced.I understand that it’s a franchise but to mark up the shipping by that amount is outrageous.

Ashley went above & beyond the call of duty !!! She deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 . She carried my box in, help me tape it together . Help me find my Yahoo Email address . Find a email , call some gentleman..... Trying to get the paper for the return ! Mess with emails again & again & again. More emails from me to the store then from the gentleman@ work .....Aye Caramba !!!! Then we find out I can only mail it from FedEx . Ashley didn't let that stop her . She helped me get the emails in order . Made sure I knew the tracking # of the box . Put the box back in my car all with a SMILE ☺️. That's Great Customer Service!

This isn't a UPS store - it's a scammy shipping franchise store bearing the UPS logo. Try walking in there to ship a package using your UPS account - you'll be told they can't do it, but you can drive to Zelienople between the hours of 530 and 630 and they can take care of you, or you can buy a label at their inflated and absurd rates.

They state that they offer a notary service. I walked in and asked and I got a "our notary isn't here, she walked out for the night and the owner is not here, so we have no idea..." OK, well then they really don't offer a notary service. Avoid... they leave their office to be run by what looked like teenagers.

This UPS store has great employees, very nice and professional! They also do great print work and business cards! I highly recommend them for your shipping needs or print work! We own a small business and they are our go to for our marketing items!

Shipped a pkg. from here last week. Made it to my daughter’s in two days,, which was great. What wasn’t great was the condition of the box. Shipping paper was all torn up, one end was smashed, and there was a gash in the side of the box with some packing material hanging out. What do these drivers do to cause that damage to a pkg? Luckily, nothing was damaged or missing from inside the box, which is only because I packed it very well. Was not happy to hear how badly my package was treated. Not sure if I will ship with UPS again.

I had a really great experience at this store today. I was doing several Amazon returns and was somewhat confused and frustrated with the process and dealing with my phone. The young woman that waited on me was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. She even sat down with me at the computer to try to work out my issue with my order. I’m sure she gets tired of people not knowing what they are doing, and after I messed up a couple of things, she had every right to be frustrated with me. However, instead she was incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you!
