Fort Delco is an amazing gym. The first thing you you notice when you walk into Fort Delco is that is spotless. Tom really focuses on the family aspect of the gym and you can tell that just by asking anyone there for help or advice. Tom has set up a great group program for any level of fitness. Tom and his team of coaches can really teach anyone at any level of fitness how to get the most out of your work out. They push you without discouraging you and that really make you feel like your part of a team. It's the best gym I've ever been apart of. ~Mark
