By far worst experience I’ve ever had at a Uhaul rental.I went in to get a truck and waited 15 mins, a MR.RUSELL attended me.the man must of had a bad day and I got the worst of his attitude.he was aggressive and confrontational,half explained a new policy or some sort where you get the truck and nobody checks it before they give it to you??! Like what?! So I took the truck wich he claimed was on half a tank of gas! NOT the case it’s clear in my pictures.the truck was all banged up I was afraid to take it and possibly be charged for damages that were already on the truck.on the return of the truck I just wanted to avoid to avoid the guy but he was the only one there.il never go back to that location in my life time I rather drive somewhere where my business is going to be appreciated and I’m going to be treated with respect. ~Josh
