Poor costumer service, one of the team members told me that there were no trucks till monday (this was friday) after i left the store guess what! I checked the website and there were trucks available for the same day and also for the whole weekend! I made my reservation online and got my u-haul truck,

By far worst experience I’ve ever had at a Uhaul rental.I went in to get a truck and waited 15 mins, a MR.RUSELL attended me.the man must of had a bad day and I got the worst of his attitude.he was aggressive and confrontational,half explained a new policy or some sort where you get the truck and nobody checks it before they give it to you??! Like what?! So I took the truck wich he claimed was on half a tank of gas! NOT the case it’s clear in my pictures.the truck was all banged up I was afraid to take it and possibly be charged for damages that were already on the truck.on the return of the truck I just wanted to avoid to avoid the guy but he was the only one there.il never go back to that location in my life time I rather drive somewhere where my business is going to be appreciated and I’m going to be treated with respect.

The front lady was very nice and helpful however there was another employee who I assume must be the manager who was extremely rude. As her and I spoke regarding our reservation he disrespectfully interrupted us and in an offensive demeanor demanded I have the vehicle back by 5 pm because of the storm. I understand the reason for the request but the customer service skill he displayed was appalling. Then he proceded to further show us little to no respect. I don’t believe he displays the level of professionalism U-Haul strives for. It completely ruined the experience and I will be sure to recommend the OTHER location instead of this one because of him.

Front lady is nice and friendly, however the older guy has an attitude for no reason. Asked if they had a garbage bin because I don’t like littering and I didn’t see none outside and he picked up and attitude saying”can’t you see I’m on a phone call” when I clearly saw he was still dialing the numbers and all he had to do was point at the location.

Good staff but the place is filthy. Mattresses laying on n the drive a recliner has been in the same place for two weeks. No dumpster and they had a guy cleaning up the weeds but left the trash
