Terrible, go anywhere but here. No supplies, Terrible service, absolute disregard and an attitude of could not care less. Save your time and money and walk the extra distance to a different place.

Everything was out of stock, the line was long and slow, both drinks tasted and looked like it was just milk. Food : 3/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More

Got my orders mixed up every single time. The food came late and half of it was not what I had ordered

Horrible customer service experience trying to get coffee! .The cashier named Joanna should not come to work if you can't answer customers how much longer will the wait be. She called the police for two different customer asking the question.I didn't want to ask thinking i would be next When I visit New Orleans I will not stop here the worst experience in my life!

Ordered a latte in my reusable cup and was told they can only serve coffee in takeaway cups or Starbucks brand reusable cups. If this is a company policy this is appalling with regards to the environment and unnecessary waste in 2022! If this policy is only at this location, it is simply terrible customer service. I avoid single use items where possible and had brought my own reusable cup so I decided not to purchase anything and go elsewhere. My husband purchased a takeaway latte and said it was average and weak tasting.

Couldn't make venti drinks. Couldn't take the Starbucks app or a Starbucks card for payment. There is a real Starbucks only a block away at 700 Canal (on the corner)

Quality service, and really fast. Right near the French Quarter, and on Historic Canal St. It’s a hit, stop in.

My family and I were in a vacation on New Orleans on December 31, 2018. The weather was chilly and cold so we decided to stop by our favorite coffee, Starbucks, for a hot and delicious White mocha. We stooped at Sheraton Starbucks to order two White mocha and three hot chocolate. The cashier was nice and he gave me a good advice for the drink. He said let me make the hot chocolate warm not hot for your kids and I liked that. However, I shocked from the manner of the lady that called for my order that it is ready. when I took my order, the lady -her name - is Derriyel was unfriendly. She spoke with me in a rough tone. I asked her to give me carry tray to put the five cups on it, she replied with rough tone, “We Do Not Have” she did not help me to carry the cups. I feel bad for what happened to me on my favorite Café !

One of the best locations in the City. Great for tourists and visitors alike. Lots of seating, in the rear and in the front. Baristas are Swift and make drinks effortlessly. Parking is difficult though as this location is Downtown NOLA. Grab a seat and take in the views.
