I had just recieved my coffee and noticed a shaker with what looked like cinnamon in it. It was labeled vinella on it so picked it up and smelled it to decide if I wanted to put it in my coffee. A rude employee said quite loudly for all to hear "Do not touch anything on the counter! Now I have to put it in the back because of food safety!" My reaction was to laugh because I thought it was absurd. Then she says "Yea, real funny!" Why in the world would they have a shaker of cinnamon sitting out, seeming to be used for customers to add to their coffee, if that's not what it's intended for? Not a single employee said a word to her. I'd hate to think she was in charge. I boycott established that are rude and lack customer service. I will never step foot in that Starbucks again. If I have another experience like this at another Starbucks, I'll never go to a Starbucks again. Employees need to learn that actions like that will get them fired.

Took 20 minutes to get the scone I had ordered with coffee. By that time the coffee had already gotten cold and was consumed without the scone.

Mira the Batista here tonight was wonderful. I told her she is amazing when she said she could, "if I wanted", replace/remake my mocha frappe (because I had spilt it); when I do what I usually do with frappes, like the whipped topping off the top before it makes it down to the bottom of the cup. Thank You MIRA, YOU'RE AMAZING AND YOU KNOW IT... P.S.- I hope you make it here for another 3years.

Today I was a little bit disappointed about my Starbucks visit. I ordered a single espresso, but the taste was not that good. The barista was very helpful and offered me a new one, because she saw, that I did not like it. The second one was a little bit better, but still not like a real espresso. It was bitter and had a less taste. It was more like a real very small coffee instead of a strong and punchy taste. I appreciate the effort from the barista!

Visiting from out of town, and this Starbucks is right across from us, so going each morning is essential. I'm a huge starbucks drinker, and all the stores are different, but, this is the worst one I've been to. Each of my orders has been wrong in some way. The taste isn't consistent. The workers all look like they rather be literally anywhere else. The display case needs to be cleaned and all the old food needs to be thrown away.

Be prepared to wait until all the tourists are served first. We ordered food at 11:45 and received it at 12:10pm. No apologies. New Orleans loves its tourist but seems to hate those of us that live, work and pay taxes here!!

Starbucks is pretty consistent. You will get pretty much the same cup of coffee at any location. The same can be said about the food. So all that really separates them is the staff and the layout of the store. The staff here seem like they are having a blast at work which is always a good sign. The store is narrow at spots but overall comfortable.
