Best tool store in Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This is the second day in a row where we had bad customer service at this location. Yesterday I was on hold over 20 minutes until another customer service person came on the phone and asked what I needed. I said there is someone looking for my item already. Turns out the first person was "overwhelmed" and just ignored my request. Today my wife went for some parts and the tall, skinny guy supposed to be customer help was very rude and even commented why we didn't have our own hardware store in our town instead of coming to them! If you like grumpy people this is the store for you! ~Edmund
