I placed an order on the Dunkin app for a large signature caramel craze iced latte. My husband goes to pick it up, they inform him they don't have ANY large cups. So, they are giving out medium with a "free" donut. But they are also outta most of their Donuts as well. He tired to order chocolate frosted with sprinkles, they are OUT. He asked for munchkins apparently they have none of those as well. This whole experience was horrible the manager came to the window she was rude & had a BAD attitude! I think she forgot she's in customer service!!! ~Ivy
