You go there in the afternoon, and all the workers are out on a smoke break while the store is filled with customers. As a manager, if your establishment opens at 8 you need to be there before 8. As a result of everything I just mentioned, they have lost a lot of costumers including myself. No one wants to work there because the management there aren’t doing their jobs efficiently.
