I placed an online order two days ago like it says to do to on the webpage. Guess what? It didn't matter. I got there to pick it up at the time I chose and they didn't have a record of my order, because as the teenager explained "oh, we don't always check our emails". Lucky they did have 1 of the cakes I ordered but then didn't have the pink gel icing for the writing, and the total was higher than what was on my confirmation email I received. Wow, I know times are hard and all but there was five people there one customer and myself, so no lack of workers but they couldn't check their emails. Guess giant eagle or Wal-Mart will be getting my money from here on out. ~Toni
