Not bad prices good for quick stops ~Nathan

I placed an online order two days ago like it says to do to on the webpage. Guess what? It didn't matter. I got there to pick it up at the time I chose and they didn't have a record of my order, because as the teenager explained "oh, we don't always check our emails". Lucky they did have 1 of the cakes I ordered but then didn't have the pink gel icing for the writing, and the total was higher than what was on my confirmation email I received. Wow, I know times are hard and all but there was five people there one customer and myself, so no lack of workers but they couldn't check their emails. Guess giant eagle or Wal-Mart will be getting my money from here on out. ~Toni

Paid for food I couldn’t eat then never got replaced. I went through the drive through and ordered two burgers with onion only with my meal. Waited in a long line got my order and on the ride home decided to check the order and of course everything is on it. I won’t eat ketchup, mustard, or any of that stuff. So I turn around and drive back. I get to the speaker again, still a long line, tell them of the mistake. I am told to pull around and they will fix that right away. So I pull around and park. I’m not sitting in that line again. It took to long the last time with gas prices at $5 a gallon. Which I would have stayed in line cause 15 minutes later still no burgers. I had to leave to go back to work. Get bent Wendy’s. Burger King is right down the street. Tired. Of paying more than $10 for a meal I can’t even eat and I was late back to work to boot. GET BENT!!! ~Chris

If you don't make more than 5 transactions on your card a month they'll charge you for that. Definitely don't start an account here if your only looking to keep money in here and not use it much. ~Gregory

I never have any luck with clothes or housewares at this location. Seems like mostly low end brands and too high of asking prices for them. But I do have decent luck finding picture frames or artwork that I can remove for the frames! The back wall usually seems loaded with frames. The store is always neatly organized. I usually leave empty handed more often than not, though. ~Erica

Sent in for refills on Sunday evening. Tuesday not ready. Tuesday I personally went in to have things filled and spoke with one of the girls at the counter. As she and I get everything situated and refills ordered and new scripts ordered from doctors office I leave stating that I will be back in the area around 4hours later. That was 2:30. I got off the expressway at my exit at 6:00 and according to the app they still hadn’t been filled. Time to change pharmacies. ~Sebastian

This is a convenient part of the store. They have good prices and a nice selection. ~Louis

Not a customer but my mother is...went to deposit 2000 for christmas but forgot my cell phone where i had her account number stored. Asked to use the phone there to call her to get the account info but they wouldnt let me and made me do a 30 minute round trip to get my phone. All i wanted to do was make a phone call ...i would let a stranger on the street use mine but not pnc natrona heights, guess ill never be a customer, if you decide to dont ask them for a simple favor they will be rude and send you off i to the rain rather than let you make a 3 cent 1 minute phone call ~p

Dan was amazing, the man truly went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend trying to get us a phone that day. Unfortunately the customer service rep I talked to froze our account from adding a line, but Dan was genuinely trying to help us, he very knowledgeable on all the products and was extremely helpful. I have never had someone go so far to try to help me before. Definitely earn his store 5 stars! ~Cory
