Dan was amazing, the man truly went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend trying to get us a phone that day. Unfortunately the customer service rep I talked to froze our account from adding a line, but Dan was genuinely trying to help us, he very knowledgeable on all the products and was extremely helpful. I have never had someone go so far to try to help me before. Definitely earn his store 5 stars!

Megan the manager was more then excellent with assisting me With all of my questions and needs. She was a fantastic salesperson and blew every question I had out without any questions or concerns!! She could run multiple stores with her knowledge and kindness.

So my 78yo mom needed to upgrade her cell and this store manager and staff went above and beyond. Set up her new cell from old, taught her basics of how to use it, even made font larger. Knowledgeable, engaging, and efficient location for TMobile customers. If they had my cell upgrade in stock I’d have gotten one too.

Megan, Zachary and Jake are AWESOME!They went well above beyond. Patience was great. When you have 3 people who want this and want that. It’s a lot to deal with. Jake even drive to another store to pick up a phone for a different customer waiting with us along with a case for me. Thank you, thank you and thank you. Oh, their closing time? Well, they stayed open for us too. These people are great.

Hello, This T Mobile store in Natrona Heights Walmart Plaza is a really nice store . The folks there are super nice and very helpful and if you have a question or a problem like I did , they take time to talk to you and figure what the problem night be. I was waited by Megan , who also a couple of years ago sold me my present phone. I had an issue with connecting to wi fi's other than my home network.. Megan suggested a couple of reasons why and it was determined that it might our portable hotspot wifi.. Megan was and is very nice and so are the other associates , whom I was listening as they were waiting on another older couple. Just nice people, easy access to store and lots of parking. When I bought my phone they were out of screen plate coverings , and even called the Pittsburgh Mills store for me to see if they had any . Pittsburgh Mills did and we went right down. We have been T Mobile customers for over 20 years. And no matter what store we go to, the folks are always great !! God Bless, Keith...

First Off , this is not a offical t.moblie store it's A & J Wireless a retailer third partie to t.moblie. 2nd this store and its employees are horrible and not trained properly, this store is short staffed and there employees constantly complain to customers that they are broke and sick and state they have no money and the employees constantly complain about how miserable they are and how they never ever got paid . These employees complain to customers about how the store manager sucks and how employes are always being fired at this store. 3rd. The 2 employees at this store overcharged me $26.75 on my account and deleted me as the primary account holder and caused me not to be able to receive calls on my cell phone. They did nothing to resolve the matter and they lie about everything and will steal your money and not refund it. So I'm making a attorney general complaint against this store followed with a police report and will be filing criminal charges. Plus these people at this store never answer their phone..These people are thieves they will steal your money and if you make any complaints on them they will ban you from their store
